About You

You will possess advanced technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio. You will have strong project management skills and a solutions-based mindset when managing complex projects.

Experience in delivering projects on site, ideally in the healthcare sector, under the NEC contract. Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
