TLT LLP – Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom

Spearhead the associate role in our Financial Services Disputes & Investigations (FSDI) team, based in either Bristol or Birmingham. Candidates should be at or above the NQ level, possessing a qualified legal background.

Your Role
  • Manage a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients.
  • Provide strategic and commercial legal advice across a range of disputes and claims, working closely with senior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients, nurturing existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
  • Collaborate with FSDI colleagues across our national office locations.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in financial disputes, insurance, property, or commercial litigation.
  • Forward‑thinking with excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to manage workloads and deadlines independently.
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
  • Capability to understand client business needs.
