Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker – written and spoken - essential.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for client support activity in Italy, working with other EMEA regions as required.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospects.
  • Working closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs.
  • Controlling the meeting process for PM marketing.
  • Ensuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments.
  • Management of new leads coming from events, webcast, etc.

Job description
Your opportunity
  • Responsibility for client support activity in Italy, working with other EMEA regions as required.
  • Dealing with ad‑hoc enquiries on behalf of the Sales Directors or directly from prospects.
  • Working closely with the RFP team, coordinating mandate searches/RFPs for the respective regions across the business – providing initial review and assisting the process through to completion.
  • Controlling the meeting process for PM marketing, including: pre‑meets with investment teams, prep notes, presentation coordination, liaising with other regional teams on roadshows.
  • Ensuring regular monthly and quarterly reporting fulfilments are completed.
  • Work with the marketing team where required for regional marketing activity.
  • Helping with preparation of events, including attendance as required and follow‑ups.
  • Management of new leads coming from events, webcast, etc.
  • Helping the team to keep the CRM for the region in a good manner.
  • Respond to queries from the team’s shared Inbox and work closely with the wider EMEA & Latam Client Group.
  • Proactively developing internal relationships across the business, collaborating with other teams as necessary.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
