About The Role

ROLE: Associate Account Director

DEPARTMENT: Client Delivery - AM Team

RIGHT TO WORK: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent / Hybrid - This is a hybrid role based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week required in our Folkestone office for training, collaboration and client meetings. We are open to discussing flexible arrangements where possible.

DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

PACKAGE: Up to £43,000 + Benefits. We are proud to be a Real Living Wage employer and publish salaries in all job ads to ensure transparency.

The Responsibilities
  • Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using our model, identify KPIs, and measure success.
  • Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
  • Oversee external KPI targets of Strategic Account Managers and ensure they are met monthly.
  • Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams; validate strategy and ensure tactics move the needle.
  • Manage client communications from team recommendations to direct requests, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and goals.
  • Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in from client contacts.
  • Deliver Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.
  • Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders.
  • Support client strategy development for clients managed by Senior Account Managers.
The Person / Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proven track record managing client requirements across multi-disciplinary campaigns and ad-hoc work.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven organisational skills to plan and present proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Google Analytics & Google Ads certified.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console.
  • Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations.
  • Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry.
