Aldi UK is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run a multi‑million store, motivate and develop a diverse and talented team.
One day you may support the Store Manager with deliveries, orders, or customer queries; the next you may focus on people management and performance or organise holiday rotas. You will also help maximise sales, ensure great customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency. You must be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence.

*Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45‑hour per week contract. Aldi is also able to offer 32, 36 and 40‑hour contracts and the salary offered will be pro‑rated accordingly.
