Assistant Store Manager - Bumpers Lane

Aldi UK is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run a multi‑million store, motivate and develop a diverse and talented team.

One day you may support the Store Manager with deliveries, orders, or customer queries; the next you may focus on people management and performance or organise holiday rotas. You will also help maximise sales, ensure great customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency. You must be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence.

Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about doing well; motivating and developing their teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Experienced people‑manager
  • Lead teams in a fast‑paced, stakeholder/customer‑driven environment
  • Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency
  • Motivated to consistently achieve targets
