Assistant Store Manager – East Midlands, full‑time (37.5 hours), permanent. Start date January 2026.

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager as a key driver of business performance and customer service excellence
  • Apply strategic and analytical thinking to make commercial decisions that help the store achieve sales, KPI’s, and profit targets
  • Deliver the principles of our customer service programme, model excellence, and motivate others to achieve
  • Help develop a highly effective team through coaching, training, and empowering staff
