Job Overview

Join Vision Express at our flagship Brent Cross store as an assistant store manager, where you’ll play a key role in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to step a dynamic retail leadership role within one of the busiest stores in the region.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the store manager and other assistant store manager to support a team of 22 colleagues. You’ll help drive store performance through strong leadership, effective coaching, and a clear focus on delivering KPIs. From guiding team development to leading difficult conversations with confidence, you’ll bring a proactive and positive approach to every challenge.
