Qualifications

• Strong NHBC experience with a proven track record delivering high-quality residential units.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or solid No.2 looking to progress.
• Confident communicator with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily site operations, ensuring quality, program, and Health & Safety standards are achieved.
• Support supervision of groundworks and coordinate subcontractors for quality workmanship.
• Implement Health & Safety policy and ensure safe operations across the site.
