We are recruiting for a highly capable Assistant Site Manager to join our fast-paced residential development in Lower Herne. This is a key opportunity to step into a thriving, forward-sold 104-unit scheme where construction is progressing rapidly, with groundworks well underway and superstructure and internal works advancing.
This role is ideal for a strong Assistant Site Manager or a proven No.2 looking to progress into a full Site Manager position within the next 12 months.
Supporting the Site Manager, you will help drive daily site operations, ensuring quality, programme, and Health & Safety standards are consistently achieved. You will be heavily involved in coordination of trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring all build stages meet NHBC requirements and company standards.
