As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our charity shop, supporting the Shop Manager to keep everything running smoothly and successfully. From inspiring and leading our amazing volunteers to managing stock and creating a vibrant, welcoming shopping experience, you’ll help drive sales and achieve key targets that fund life‑changing work.
You’ll also take on key‑holder responsibilities, ensuring the shop is safe and secure when needed. If you love retail, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real impact for a great cause, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
