Overview of Role

Recruiting an Assistant Planner/P6 Planner to join our team on a permanent basis. Working on high‑profile infrastructure projects across Leeds.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the planning team integrating schedules and reporting
  • Simplifying complex/detailed programmes for reporting purposes
  • Provide innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence to ensure time efficient, exemplary quality outputs in terms of schedules, reporting, etc.
  • The ability to deliver Project Schedules at various stages of the project lifecycle, developing from first principles and ensuring the schedules are maintained effectively
  • Build and maintain long lasting Client relationships, providing "best in class" service, while upholding our Core Values of Trust > People > Integrity > Innovation
Requirements
  • Member of a relevant professional body with chartered status (or working towards this) and/or educated to degree level.
  • Ability to communicate the programme to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of schedule integration on large multidisciplinary projects.
  • Knowledge of/experience in the UK infrastructure projects
  • Experience of NEC Contracts
  • Experience of using Primavera P6 and PowerBI
  • Relevant experience in the successful scheduling of engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of railway investment planning systems.
  • Experience of using a number of project management scheduling tools & techniques
  • Knowledge of Schedule assurance processes
