Overview

Due to expansion and the opening of our new Park Royal depot we require a driven and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and promoting our specialist lifting equipment and services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales and hire process, ensuring all administration is completed accurately.
  • Strong health and safety compliance.
  • Develop lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Supervise other members of staff, prioritising workload and ensuring you work as a team.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the hire and sale of lifting equipment is desirable.
  • A LEEA qualification is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer needs.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends.
  • Ongoing training and development.
