Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join ourReal Estate Valuation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in property valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis. The successful candidate will assist in preparing valuation reports, conducting research, and supporting senior team members to deliver accurate and timely insights for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare real estate valuation reports for diverse asset classes, includingresidential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties.
  • Develop and maintainfinancial modelsusing methodologies such asDiscounted Cash Flow (DCF),income capitalization, andcomparable sales approaches.
  • Collect and analyze market data, includingrental rates, occupancy trends, and transaction details.
  • Supportdue diligence processesfor acquisitions, disposals, and financing transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance withvaluation standardsandregulatory requirements.
  • Preparepresentations and summariesfor internal and client meetings.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity withvaluation standards(IVS, RICS) and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Knowledge of real estate financial software/tools (e.g.,Argus) is a plus.
  • Internship or prior experience inreal estate, finance, or consulting.
