Salary = £32,000 base + bonus

Pay & Progression

Second Assistant Manager £32,000 base + up to £7,200 KPI bonus

First Assistant Manager £34,500 £9,300 + up to £9,300 KPI bonus

Progression between roles is based on performance, typically every 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Finance

• Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)
• Use reports to drive action plans
• Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas
• Understand and influence monthly P&L

People & Operations

• 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast‑paced hospitality/retail
• Availability - Full‑Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
