A hospitality management company seeks an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support hotel maintenance operations. Can you lead a team to ensure the highest maintenance standards are reached and be able to prioritise tasks to ensure our guests have the best experience during their visit, from hotel bedrooms, to the bar and restaurant or leisure facilities / conference rooms?
You’ll support the Maintenance manager and work closely with senior hotel management teams to assist in planned project work as we create an exceptional hotel environment.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need maintenance coverage that matches this. Our maintenance team works a range of shifts and days — this means great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
