A popular family resort in the UK seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie to aid in leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to first-class service and food quality. You will assist with leading a kitchen brigade dedicated to providing a first-class service and excellent food quality to our guests.
Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week) on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
You will be required to work 5 days a week between the hours of 8am and 10pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
