This is a permanent, full‑time, daytime role working Monday to Friday and offers a salary up to £50,000.00 per annum. It follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for partnering with Distribution Centre Managers to ensure effective management of P&L and Balance Sheets across assigned sites.

Key tasks
  • Manage site P&L and balance sheet
  • Produce weekly management accounts by client
  • Partner with Site Manager and Operations Manager
  • Use data to improve financial and operational performance
  • Work with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Deliver insightful client reporting
  • Support onboarding of new clients into Bleckmann
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Foster a positive team environment through communication and feedback
