A reputable facilities service provider in Norwich is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of Facilities Management services at Bowthorpe Care Village. This role involves overseeing health and safety compliance, managing maintenance, and leading Domestic and Site Support teams. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of our Facilities Management (FM) service contract at Bowthorpe Care Village. This role plays a key part in ensuring our site remains safe, compliant, well-maintained, and welcoming for everyone who lives, works, or visits here.
You will work across a broad range of FM areas including health & safety, maintenance, compliance, procurement, contractor management, and project support. You will also lead the Domestic, Laundry, and Site Support teams, helping to create a warm and caring environment that reflects the Norse Group Values and culture.
This role works closely with the Housing with Care and Dementia Care Home Managers, the Catering Operations Manager, and Saffron Housing Management.
