About the Role

As Assistant Controller for the Heart Failure Division, you will be a key financial partner to senior commercial and finance leaders across EMEA and APAC. You will own the consolidation of the regional P&L, ensure compliance, and drive forward‑looking financial strategies that enable sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role where you will influence decision‑making and create value across a complex, international matrix organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the consolidation and analysis of the EMEA & APAC P&L, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive FP&A processes, including forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue, margin, and operating expenses with a forward‑looking focus.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimise value creation and support strategic projects.
  • Champion simplification and standardisation of financial processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or IT Sciences.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within an international corporate environment.
  • Strong FP&A expertise and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with data‑cube systems (Hyperion, Dodeca); SAP is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and compliance (Big4 or Internal Audit experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in MedTech or product‑related industries is a strong plus.
