The FA is excited to be searching for an Assistant Construction Project Manager (Capital Projects) who will have full responsibility for successfully planning and delivering multiple minor construction projects and providing administrative support to the Wembley Construction Projects Team. You will also deliver a professional service for the successful planning and delivery of major capital construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with stakeholders, formulating project objectives and briefs for minor construction projects.
  • Translate project objectives into scopes of work and appropriate procurement strategies.
  • Ensure minor construction projects are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Establish project plans and timelines for minor construction projects.
  • Assist with identification and reporting of project risks.
  • Support property development policies and procedures improvement.
  • Close out minor construction، projects and capture lessons learned.
  • Appointment of professional advisors associated with projects.
About You
  • Resilient to coping with conflicting demands.
  • Relevant health and safety knowledge.
  • Methodical, accurate, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT software knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Min 2 years' experience in project delivery in the property and/or construction industry.
