Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting junior surveyors. The ideal candidate possesses a BSc in Quantity Surveying and strong communication skills. Job Profile: Experience in fit‑out, refurb and new builds is desirable. The candidate is likely to hold or be working towards MCIOB or RICS accreditation, although not essential.
