    • Maintain motivation and clarity of responsibilities.
    • Facilitate communication through online forums, group chats, and meetings.
  • Project and Event Management
    • Plan and schedule events for the Spiritual Creatives Meetup group (over 2,400 members).
    • Coordinate workshops, festivals, and other initiatives with artists and performers.
    • Support the launch and management of the Spirit Songs record label.
  • Fundraising and Administrative Support
    • Prepare applications and documentation for funding opportunities.
    • Track fundraising deadlines and coordinate volunteer support.
    • Record discussions and create actionable plans.
  • Digital and Online Activities
    • Update and manage online content.
    • Support social media and digital communications.
    • Prepare written content for interviews and publications.
What are we looking for?

We need a volunteer who is organised, practical, and calm under pressure, with a genuine interest in spirituality and the arts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating multiple teams, supporting creative projects, and turning big ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Key qualities
  • Strong communication skills – motivate volunteers, liaise with teams, and keep everyone informed.
  • Organisational ability – manage multiple projects, deadlines, and events simultaneously.
  • Logical and practical thinking – translate visionary ideas into executable actions.
  • Digital confidence – familiarity with WordPress, social media, and online collaboration tools.
  • Team leadership – experience managing or supporting volunteers or small teams.
  • Business or strategic experience – knowledge of strategy, marketing, fundraising, or project management is a plus.
  • Writing and editing skills – experience structuring documents; knowledge of tools like ChatGPT is a bonus.
  • Relevant experience – at least 3 years in marketing, management, business administration, or project coordination.
About the role

This volunteer position is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact, support creative and spiritual initiatives, and gain experience in management, strategy, and event coordination within a vibrant arts organisation.
