Job summary

A leading cultural organization in Edinburgh is seeking a passionate Discovery & Participation Trainee to support community projects, assist in workshops, and gain valuable experiences in the performing arts sector. You will work closely with the Youth and Community Connections Managers, helping deliver exciting programs and events while building skills. This temporary, full-time position starts on 2 March 2026, with a salary ranging from £22,932 to £24,479, closing for applications on 2 February 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support Discovery & Participation projects year-round.
• Handle research and administration tasks.
• Assist with workshops and projects in schools.
• Support events during the Festival.
