A leading leisure organization in Greater London is seeking an Area Swimming School Manager to oversee swim school programmes. This role involves managing, mentoring, and developing teams to ensure high-quality swimming lessons while maximizing income and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are qualified swimming teachers with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration. GLL is looking for an Area Swimming School Manager to work in West London (Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham & Brent). The Area Swimming School Manager is the link between our customers, Centre swim school leads, Swimming teachers and the leisure centre team. You will be responsible for the swim school programmes within your area, including school swimming and all other swim school products.
This key role provides technical support to the centre teams to ensure the smooth running of the lessons and high-quality, consistent level of customer service. Your role will bring organisation and structure to the swim schools as you develop and manage the programmes and lead and inspire your team. Income growth and increasing the number of pupils learning to swim will be an essential part of the role. This role offers a real opportunity to affect positive change and get closer to GLL’s National Aquatics Team.
You’ll no doubt be an experienced Centre Swim Lead and lead Teacher, looking for the next stage in your career and be full of ideas of how to make things better.
