Working Hours

Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm or 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, liaising with customers, branches and managers to achieve sales and growth targets, providing seamless and outstanding customer service for queries, quotations and orders.
  • Managing quotes and orders from inbound phone calls and making outbound calls to your portfolio of customers to maintain and follow up on all quotations, converting enquiries into sales contracts.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by Travis Perkins, offering alternatives and associated products to requested items.
  • Working directly with preferred suppliers/manufacturers to source equipment on behalf of the customer.
Required Experience
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Proactive approach with an ability to spot opportunities to up‑sell and increase sales and profit with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders.
