Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician preferred.
• Excellent understanding of Scottish Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design information throughout RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Prepare and submit planning and building warrant applications.
• Assist in site coordination and responding to contractor queries.
