Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in both Health and Education projects and the capability to lead and deliver projects from RIBA Stage 0 through Stage 7.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading project design and delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing Client relationships
  • Preparing and overseeing detailed design, technical documentation, and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice
  • Contributing to practice development and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Minimum 5 years post Part 3 qualification Architect experience
  • Proven experience in Health and Education sectors
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and technical standards
  • Ability to independently manage and deliver projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • NEC contract experience (preferable)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
