We are currently seeking a full-time Architect who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, wishes to engage in the delivery of a variety of projects through RIBA stage 0-7, and has an eye for quality design, detailing and site delivery.

Role Requirements

• Fully Qualified ARB registered Architect
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Architect role post Part 3.
• Act as project lead on projects from RIBA stages 0-7
• Management of design team consultants
• Good understanding of current NI Building Regulations.
• The ability to compile working drawing packages.
• Experience of carrying out site inspections.
• Working knowledge of Archicad or Revit BIM software preferable.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
