A prominent educational institution in the UK is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator to enhance apprenticeship recruitment. The role supports candidates through pre-employment checks, manages records, and promotes opportunities through engagement and events. Reporting to: Learner Recruitment Manager
Salary: £14,565 per annum, first 12 months rising to National Minimum Wage for Age
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays
Contractual hours: 37 hours per week
Basis: Full time, Fixed Term, Apprenticeship – duration 21 months
Join Middlesbrough College as an Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator and play a vital role delivering a smooth recruitment process for apprenticeships. You’ll support candidates through pre‑employment checks, telephone screenings, and initial assessments, while maintaining accurate records and providing advice and guidance to applicants and students. This dynamic role also involves promoting apprenticeship opportunities through social media, events, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with recruitment consultants to deliver an exceptional service. From day one, you’ll be hands‑on, learning from experienced professionals while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Admin qualification.
