The Role

Join our frontline customer team as an advisor. You will be the backbone of our business, supporting and being there for our customers. Your job will be to show our existing customers why the EE family is the right one for them. We are more than a team; we are a family, and this ethos includes our customers too.

Throughout the apprenticeship you will also complete a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service.
