Apprentice Careers Advisor - Start January 2026

Salary: £16,982 pro rata
Interviews: Week commencing 17th December

30hrs per week - Term Time only

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Apprentice Careers Advisor to join our team at Longsands Academy, part of the Astrea Academy Trust in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in shaping their futures while gaining a nationally recognised qualification and valuable experience in education and guidance.

What You’ll Do
  • Work alongside experienced careers professionals to deliver high-quality guidance and support.
  • Help organise careers events, employer engagement activities, and workshops.
  • Support individual scholars with applications, CVs, and next steps for education, training, or employment.
  • Travel to other Astrea schools in Cambridgeshire as part of your development programme.

  • Commitment to completing a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification.
