A leading insurance technology firm is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to support core insurance platforms in Birmingham. This role involves ensuring seamless operations and acting as the first point of contact for application-related issues. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting skills, particularly with the Acturis platform, and strong communication abilities. We are recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst to support our core insurance platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Working within a dynamic environment and closely with the Senior Analyst, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems.
