JOB TITLE: Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer (Service & Maintenance)

SALARY: £46k + van/fuel card + overtime, private healthcare

LOCATION: Herts, Beds, Bucks & North London

Responsibilities

• Work on a mobile basis, carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning / HVAC appliances for commercial properties such as university sites, retail, offices etc.
• Carry out both annual servicing/PPMs and troubleshooting and reactive maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, splits, AHU's, FCU's.
• Covering in and around the London area.
• Overtime is available and plentiful.
• Personal use of the van allowed.

Candidate Requirements

• Good customer service skills, well‑presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F‑Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
• Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
• Good working knowledge / troubleshooting skills on a wide range of appliances is a must; our client will develop the successful candidate in new areas where required.
