What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end AI governance process for internally developed and third-party AI solutions from experimentation through deployment. Implement automation and risk-based frameworks to enable rapid and responsible AI adoption.

Develop and maintain standardized, transparent governance frameworks and best practices to ensure AI adoption is ethical, well-controlled, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and business stakeholders to guide responsible democratization and risk management of AI, particularly on agent-centric platforms.

Educate and advise stakeholders on governance best practices, ethical use, and risk mitigation, promoting process transparency and incorporating industry best practices and stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement.

Support the delivery and change management of key Emerging Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

You May Be a Good Fit If

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, economics, law, or a related field.

7 years of risk management experience (enterprise, technology, or model risk), with at least 3 years focused on AI governance or oversight of AI/ML systems.

Proven track record of managing governance or risk processes.

Understanding of AI governance, risk management, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.
