What you will be working on

• Oversee the delivery of technology solutions for mid- and back-office teams within Ki.
• Lead a squad aligned to Finance applications and support long-term delivery beyond the Transformation Programme.
• Collaborate with Business Transformation Managers to translate business needs into actionable work packages and manage delivery with cross-functional squads and 3rd parties.
• Ensure all systems under your ownership meet best practices, audit requirements, and operational needs while managing a mix of Ki cloud-based and SaaS applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organisation to align with challenging deadlines and releases.
• Adopt a coaching mindset to help squads improve how they work and deliver.
