KOOSA Kids are now recruiting for our Fast Track Manager Training Programme for our term time‑only after school clubs in Aldershot, Hampshire.
You will be shadowing experienced KOOSA Kids staff and following a uniquely designed Fast Track Manager Programme, learning on the job all the essential skills required to manage a KOOSA Kids After School Club.
You will be following a detailed training programme which covers all aspects to enable you to successfully and competently supervise a KOOSA Kids Club. The After School Club Supervisor Fast Track Manager Programme includes training subjects such as KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies and procedures, EYFS, paediatric first aid training, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, safeguarding children and customer service amongst other things.
Previous experience of leading a team within a holiday club, after school or breakfast club, another childcare setting or charitable organisation (e.g. scouting, brownies, theatre groups) or equivalent, and a keen interest in working with children and building leadership skills is essential. You will actively and enthusiastically take part in and deliver programmed activities to children aged 4‑11, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible.
