Qualifications

  • Must be familiar with AS9100 Rev. D.
  • Experienced in a similar role, ideally in an aerospace and/or defense industry, but experience in other regulated industries will be considered.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Be adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations such as AS9100 and CAA Part 145/21G.
  • Conduct product and process audits and engineering inspection reviews.
  • Liaise with customers and perform investigations on customer returns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead internal audits and support external audits.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
