Role overview: As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you’re an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ll uphold AEO Brand Standards with an eye for merchandising and detail. The Stockroom is your place, but you’ll flex to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work.

Note: The original posting included time-based prompts (e.g., "1 week ago" and applicant counts). These elements have been preserved only where they do not affect role expectations.

You’d Be Great For This Role If
  • You love AE and Aerie products.
  • You value organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
  • You have flexible availability to help move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
  • You’ve worked in a stock-related role before.
Responsibilities
  • Keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, with a passion for brand standards.
  • Maintain the Stockroom as the home base: ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized and stockroom operations run efficiently.
  • Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to implement improvements.
  • Support teamwork by helping fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance as needed.
  • Prioritize safety and Asset Protection: follow safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Our Associates Love AEO Because
  • Work with real people and be part of the AEO family.
  • Opportunities for development and career growth, with potential for advancement.
  • 40% off AE & Aerie products year-round (plus seasonal discounts with new Floorsets).
  • Participate in store contests for chances to win free merchandise and exclusive prizes.
