Job summary

A leading NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Occupational Therapist to provide clinical leadership within the Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy Service. This part-time role involves managing a caseload of patients and overseeing clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Occupational Therapy and experience in a similar role. Competitive salary ranging from £47,810 to £54,710 per annum pro rata.

• BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualifications required.
• HCPC Registration is mandatory.
• Extensive clinical post-graduation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Trauma and Orthopaedic Team.
• Manage caseloads of clinical staff to provide high-level clinical decision-making.
• Depute for the Team Lead as necessary in team operations.
