Job description
Overview

Advanced Apprentice - Technician (Level 3) Three Bridges (outstation). Location: London, Three Bridges Depot. Duration: 3 Years + End Point Assessment. Starting salary: £16,000 plus an annual bonus.

What You'll Be Doing (and Learning!)

During your apprenticeship, you'll follow the ST0318 Rail Engineering Technician, Traction and Rolling Stock Pathway. This programme combines academic learning with practical experience.

Day Release at College: You'll attend college on a day-release basis to gain your formal qualification.

Hands-On in the Depot: Youll work as an integral part of the team with CL700 trains. This includes:

  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying complex faults.
  • Working safely and efficiently within a dynamic rail depot environment.
  • Collaborating with experts to ensure operational excellence.
