Adult & Paediatric Crisis Worker - Bransford/Telford - 0Hrs

Location & Salary

Location: The Glade SARC, Bransford (additional: Telford & Kidderminster). Salary: Retainer rates £30.56 per 8‑hour shift from 09:00 Monday to 08:59 Saturday and £40.24 from 09:00 Saturday to 08:59 Monday. Attendance payment £15.85 per hour (minimum 3 hrs per case). Shift patterns: out of hours weekday evenings, weekends and nights.

Main duties
  • First point of contact for service users.
  • Support service users and families when visiting the centre, including preparing the patient and assisting with forensic evidence collection.
  • Maintain a high standard of DNA anti‑contamination between forensic cases (cleaning).
  • Assist patients and liaise with other agencies regarding the management of the service user pathway.
  • Act as an advocate and provide support to patients throughout their time at the SARC.
  • Play a key role within the SARC team and the wider company network.
Essential skills & qualifications
  • IT skills and basic administration.
  • Experience working in a supportive or customer‑focused environment.
  • Kind, caring nature.
  • Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Advanced DBS and level‑2 police vetting required.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (additional travel may be required).

Person specification
