Administrator – Accommodation Team (Full Time)

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 2AA
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and allocate monthly void inspection tasks.
  • Input updates into our systems, handle calls and queries with professionalism.
  • Produce reports and maintain trackers.
  • Support management, raise purchase orders and manage billing processes.
Qualifications
  • Solid administrative experience in a busy environment.
  • Strong IT skills in Excel and Word; knowledge of Maximo an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
  • Experience in construction, property maintenance or within an MOD environment desirable but not essential.
Working With

Report to the Regional Operations Lead while collaborating with VIVO Operations and Support teams, Defence Infrastructure Organisation personnel, local customer representatives, service partner operatives, supervisors and Pinnacle representatives.
