Working Hours

37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am – 5pm | Fully Office Based

Up to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing as Administrator

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the department – primarily within our Portable Fire Extinguisher and Retention Administration team. You’ll also be;

  • Undertaking a full range of administration duties and must be IT literate, in particular possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Training on in-house systems will be provided
  • Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a robust solution can be achieved.
  • Ensuring streamlined administrative processes and exceptional customer service to clients
  • To maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available.
  • Communicate with Customers, Engineers and Customer Service Centre regarding projects and services as appropriate.
  • This key role will assist in the development of the overall Chubb strategy whilst identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the business.

  • Have experience of working within a dedicated administration support role
  • Be IT literate – particularly skilled with excel
  • Work well in a fast paced, busy support environment
  • Are proactive and able to prioritise workloads well
  • Have excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base with a willingness to learn and develop yourself
