We have an amazing opportunity to join our brand new store opening in Fort William in March 2026. As we are aiming to fill this position prior to store opening the training will take place at our Oban store, you will need to be able to commute to Oban store for initial training but there will be accommodations made in terms of start and finish times and travel subsistence.

What you will be doing:
  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Answering and sending correspondance in different mediums
  • Data entry
  • Scanning and filing-envic
  • Liasing with different teams/departments and authorities
  • You will also be trained in aspects of the Optical Assistant role (shop floor based)
