A community service organization in Leeds is seeking an Administrative Support Worker for its Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service. The role involves supporting a team worker with visual impairments by handling administrative tasks and maintaining case files. Candidates should have strong administration experience and attention to detail. This is a fixed-term position for one year, offering £24,969 per annum for 11.5 hours a week.

This post is fixed term for one year.
Based within the Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service, the purpose of this role is to support a Focused Intervention Team Worker with visual impairments with administrative tasks and updating case files.
The individual is required to work closely with the FIT Worker in accessing the service user database (System 1) and supporting in updating case files with interventions and assessments he has completed.
We are looking for someone with administration experience, who has a keen eye for detail and has experience inputting information and maintaining databases.
The individual will also be required to support the worker on home visits when needed, in order to maintain notes of any intervention delivered.
