Scale: 4.7 - 4.10

FTE: 47.73% (Mon - Fri. 8:30am - 12:30pm)

Weeks per year:39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week)

We are now looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring Administrative Support Officer to join Benhurst Primary School.

Job Purpose:

We are looking to appoint a part-time Administrative Support Officer at Benhurst Primary School to assist and support with a Finance focus on a daily basis, working in the main school office in collaboration with all school employees, under the overall direction of the Operations Manager and Headteacher.

You will:

  • Previous finance experience is essential in this admin-based role

  • Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint

  • Be diplomatic, confidential, and calm under pressure
  • Be passionate about working in a school and with young people
  • Ability to be flexible to suit the needs of the school
