Sector: Public & Private Sector Consultancy

Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:
  • Typing and issuing documents including minutes, letters, notices, reports and fee invoices.
  • Electronic filing onto project files from shared mailbox.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office.
  • Diary Management - arranging appointments for surveyors and meeting room bookings.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Opening of new jobs and maintaining the project database.
  • Working on own initiative and as part of the wider admin support team.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Able to work from the office full time (Sevenoaks).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Use own initiative.
  • Organised & efficient.
  • Proficient with MS software, including Word, Outlook and Excel (including formulas).
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Experience of working in a professional office environment.
  • Own car and driving licence.
  • Experience of working within the construction industry.
  • Working within a Quality Management System.
  • Willingness to travel between offices if required.
