We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
  • Assist with daily office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support the sales team for retail market.
  • Support the quality department.
  • Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents and preparing reports.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks, including creating presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings as required.
  • Provide support with basic financial data entry and record keeping.
