Job Overview

The JWF Group provide a wide range of measurement solutions, services and data solutions to the water, process, utility, energy, food and beverage sector. As a growing organisation, JWF deliver bespoke measurement and data software solutions for customers to support their process and utility applications. JWF manage major projects supplying instrumentation packages to blue chip customers. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a recent school leaver to kickstart their career in Supply Chain. Your apprenticeship will fulfil the role of Administration Assistant Apprentice within the Supply Chain Team.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders.
  • Expedite orders.
  • Control documentation submittal.
  • Act as a point of contact for supply chain queries.
  • Provide updates to customers on calls, teleconferences and meetings.
  • Liaise with vendors to monitor their performance.

You will be working to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship SCQF Level 6 in Digital Applications Support.
