If so, you might be the Administrative Assistant that Escape Support Group are looking for!

Escape are a dynamic local charity based in Creech St Michael that offer support to families who are raising children with additional needs or disabilities. They create inclusive, joyful experiences through day trips, holidays, and events that bring families together and offer much-needed respite and connection.

Their small, passionate team works hard to make a big impact — and Escape are looking for someone equally enthusiastic to join them.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives on organisation, creativity, and making a difference. As Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in office operations, helping to keep everything running smoothly while supporting the delivery of the charity’s events and services.

The successful candidate will prepare and format documents, posters, itineraries, and newsletters using Word, Canva, and Excel. They will maintain accurate records and databases, handle correspondence and liaise with venues, suppliers, and partner organisations, and support the team with scheduling, booking, and coordination of events and activities.
